Make the dough with flour and an egg, then with brown sugar, a pinch of salt and almond milk. Add butter and yogurt or use a banana for those who are allergic to dairy products. Add leaven  and
knead vigorously until a perfect soft blend. Let it rest a couple of hours. Knead again and roll out a round puff pastry sheet. On the puff pastry pour evenly cinnamon, raisins, almonds, lemon zest, pine nuts, chopped walnuts and   small squares
chocolate. Carefully roll up, brush a little water at the edges to make it stick and bake.


Fare l’impasto con la farina, l’uovo, poi con lo zucchero di canna, un pizzico di sale, il latte di mandorle. Aggiungere il burro e lo yogurt o usare una banana per chi è allergico ai latticini. Aggiungere il lievito e
impastare con energia fino ad un amalgama perfetto e soffice. Fare riposare un paio d’ore. Impastare di nuovo e stendere una sfoglia sottile e rotonda. Sulla sfoglia disporre in maniera uniforme la cannella, l’uvetta, le mandorle, la scorza di limone, i pinoli, le noci spezzettate e il cioccolato tagliato a piccoli quadretti. Arrotolare con cura e infornare.

Directly from the mixers of Jamaican producers like King Tubby and Lee Perry and from technologic Detroit artistes as Juan Atkins, Derrick May and Kevin Saunderson, the seminal label from Berlin   Chain Reaction sublabel of Basic Channel founded by Mark Ernestus and Moritz Von Oswald has created an unmistakable and unparalleled sound has been one of the most influential legendary record label of  the  1990s. Its presence still lingers in the recent  Techno producers as Deepchord/Echospace, Marko Furstenberg, Brendon Moeller, Kenneth Christiansen, Omar-S…and many others.
